Brewster Point

A series of designs were produced for a high-end residential development situated on a beautiful 100-acre shorefront former estate. In accordance with prescribed design standards, which this architect helped to create, these homes exemplify the historic architecture of New England. Design styles range from classic coastal Shingle Style, replete with gambrel roofs and fieldstone chimneys, to a traditional “ship’s captain” inspired aesthetic.
